Breakfast and the two young ladies that were on duty The men interfered too much they should just do their job and stay out of the way

Being put in the basement rooms The noise from contractors or delivery people during the night was disturbing Other reception staff lacked professionalism

the hotel needs some refurbishment the windows in particular the backside view was not really impressive

Reception staff especially Marta were very helpful friendly and polite The location is great for RAH and museums all within walking distance Bed very comfortable

The room could have been cleaner there was dust on the skirting boards Breakfast was poor the cooked option was over cooked the bacon and sausages were burnt however fresh fruit was good Staff in the restaurant appeared sullen and not particularly helpful There was only one complimentary bottle of water I would have expected one bottle per person

The reservations manager was most kind in providing a small refund for our inconvenience and disappointment in our stay

On checkin we ended up in the third room that we were given since all rooms smelled of sewer gas The room we stayed in also had the odour as well as smoking smell from other guests although the hotel is supposed to be non smoking

The location of the hotel is excellent the staff are very courteous and welcoming Nothing seemed to be too much trouble Always greeted with smiling faces The room was quite spacious and very clean with adequate facilities The bar area was very nice with a very polite and friendly bar tender Would definitely stay at this hotel again And recommend it to friends

The only thing I would change if I could would be the price of the breakfast Would be unwilling to pay 16 per head on top of room price Could not complain about anything else

Only 1 British plug point plenty European Kettle had to be boiled on table next to bed Cupboard only 20cm from corner of bed with glass corner Accident waiting to happen

It was the proximity to the Royal Albert Hall as the main driver for chosing this hotel as only in London for the one nite
