The friendly staff

Very noisy couldn t sleep Cramped rooms Far too expensive for what it offers

The rooms were large and clean and had everything you could possibly need The staff were very helpful and friendly The location was amazing straight across the road from st pancras international and even though our room was not ready we arrived at 10am so did not expect it to be we were able to leave our bags hassel free We will definatley be booking to stay again

paid wifi was unusably slow and kept disconnecting Weird unprofessional staff Extremely basic four star is a complete joke For example there was only one towel in the room and it was the size of a dish cloth Overpriced

elevator only goes to certain floors not all floors

Rooms and the bathroom are a bit small Noise in the hall and in the rooms above when people are leaving early Breakfast space is quite small making it hard to accommodate more than a few people

We enjoyed staying here and would reccommend it to anyone wanting to stay in central London without a car

Great staff Convenient to transport dining You do need to under stand direction for travel on bus n tube We are aussies n made a couple of mistakes but all part of our stay When used to travelling by car it takes time on buses n trains but you see more

Generally People on footpaths smoking and in doorways you have to go through on way to buus n tube
