Each apartment at Las Brisas includes air conditioning and an off-street parking space. There is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing/dryer machine and hob.

The apartments also have a lounge with satellite TV and a terrace, which can be accessed through the lounge and the main bedroom.

There are several bars and restaurants in the area. The promenade and the marina are within 5 minutes walk away. Please inform Apartamentos Las Brisas in advance of your expected arrival time. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 19 Nov 2022 until Sat 15 Apr 2023 A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests arriving outside these hours or on Sundays must let Apartamentos Las Brisas know in advance in order to arrange key collection. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property using the contact details on the booking confirmation.

Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 6 per day.

Bed linen, towels and a final cleaning are included in the rate.
