The room was really nice

completley didnt do any of the reservations i requested and they said they would do for me And didnt even try compensate me for this Very disappointed Will not be recommending this Room did not even get cleaned

This is luxurious You are paying for that I had just gotten off a very long flight they let me check in early and sleep 3 hours before moving me to my room It made all the difference in my stay I was traveling solo my first visit didn t really have time to read up ahead of time It was an amazing visit coming back to this hotel at the end of the day was heaven I give it a 10

I had the best French onion soup of my life in the grand cafe with an amazing white wine it was late maybe 9 30 I was tired and my ahi salad never came it was to be lightly seared so I asked the waiter twice where it was I waited 30 45 minutes and finally said please pack it up I ll take it to my room Not really sure what happened here I would go back though

Not able to have late night drink outside at tables as residential area and not licensed Shame would have finished the day off nicely

I have stayed at this hotel before and was very pleased with the first stay and now going back absolutely delighted I made the same choice to stay again Lovely location for getting to all the sightseeing sites

The only English speaking TV channels were all news channels

The location was superb the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable The food was awesome

Just a little noisy we could hear people in the rooms upstairs walking around

Modern good quality and good location

Fruit and water only on arrival despite booking and extending every day for 3 days
