The apartments are also well-connected with a tram stop just 250 metres away on Plaza Nueva. Visitors can take the tram to Prado de San Sebastin bus station, with services within Andalusia and other Spanish destinations, including Barcelona, Cartagena and Murcia. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note towels and bed linen are changed every 3 nights.
