The bed was amazing Hotel was modern and clean Accessible location from city centre

The location was great the staff were super friendly and efficient have never had coffee brought so quickly in the morning nothing was too much trouble I had asked the concierge in the morning to have my car ready after a meeting at 5 30pm and it was waiting for me no fuss will certainly stay there next time was also really quiet at night and no traffic noise which for london is unusual

Night menu it is a joke for a 5star hotel

Stayed in chesterfield suite room very nice bathroom nice but shower cubicle very small

Good breakfast Room ok although a bit small if you re in the main hotel

Avoid getting upgraded to the apartments at the back of the hotel unless you like going up and down half flights of stairs across a courtyard occupied by smokers through several secured doors gates and up to the apartments via a grubby lobby

Blonde lady at the reception not helpful overall they tried to charge parking even though the car was not parked in the hotel premises

Close to underground restaurants and supermarkets

Hard bed and pillows too soft Staff could have informed us earlier how to catch tram to areas of sightseeing it would have been a lot easier to get around Underground was ok Luckily I got the requested separate shower room Strange having a toilet separate and having to go around to shower room to wash hands

The noise of vehicles being raced outside at 1am in the morning

Location is excellent

There was awfully hot in the hotel It is quite peculiar in London in December that after turning off radiator also a c was required to cool down the room Breakfast price quality was poor
