Very comfy beds with spotlessly clean sheets One of the chairs in the room was ripped but everything else was good
We had breakfast but both days the coffee was extremely weak and the pastries were a bit stale My husband enjoyed his cooked breakfast though

sound of boiler all night and too hot stuffy as unable to open window Staff on reception not welcoming
The put up bed in my room which I asked to be removed and was ignored
Bed was comfy heating air con system easy to use and kept the room cosy
Noise from tube station The rooms are a bit tired and need some attention could do with modernising

it was very good value for money an excellent location and staff were very helpful and friendly I have stayed here before and would again
the key card had to put in about 10 times before the bedroom door opened this happened every time which was really annoying
