All guests have exclusive access via a complimentary shuttle bus from the accommodation to Chi Beach Bar & Restaurant right on the beach boasting a 25-metre beachfront infinity pool, swim-up pool bar, sun-loungers, beanbags and more. The restaurant serves modern cuisine, hand-crafted cocktails and more. It is open early to late 7 days a week.
For a taste of local flavour, guests can head to nearby dining outlets to try uniquely mouth-watering dishes. The property offers free shuttle services from and to the beach club, Chi. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Lanna, Moo 4, Soi Kalara, Bangrak, 84320 Koh Samui. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of THB 10000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 7 per unit. Guests must pay this fee directly to the property upon check out.
A maid service is provided twice per week. Towels and linen are changed twice a week.

Great breakfast and the service of the guy handling the breakfast room was excellent The location is very good and also the metro station st augustin is very close

Bed was very firm which I like but room was cold Excellent location albeit on a backstreet but an excellent location for Hyde Park Corner Piccadilly etc Staff on reception were lovely
A real radiator in the room room 502 one connected to the central heating would have been nice There was a broken sort of heating unit under the window Heavier curtains that actually close to block off the window in addition to the thin blind would be good too I appreciate I was in a single room and these are often overlooked by hotels as if we do not matter but to be up in the roof space in a poky room with a tiny electric oil fired radiator plugged in well I think you can do better The duvet was as thin as a pancake and not at all warm I needed the towelling bathrobe on top of my bed and a jumper to sleep in The radiator was plugged into the only useable 13amp socket in the room This is because the other sockets are placed so low down you cannot get a plug into them without damaging the flex So for charging phones using a laptop I had to unplug my only heating source Plus at 6am in the morning the shower was not hot enough
Poor service slow and poor breakfast at 25 extra 216 per night plus 25 for breakfast isn t good value recommend walking a few doors along to get a better breakfast 10 at Hendrys Waited 25 minutes to get served in the bar Ordered a bottle of champagne waited another 20 minutes to be told they didn t have any we left Poor Check out slow
We celebrated our 10th anniversary at Four Seasons and we really enjoyed every moment at this hotel Thank you for your warm welcome the upgrade the champagne and the strawberries See you soon
Staff were very attentive and friendly the location cant really be faulted if you want central london and I dont think you can get better value for money
Outside of the hotel is beautiful but found the interior quite dated and small BUT having said that for the money you really coulndt want more it was clean with nice staff

Bill had to be settled immediately on arrival This is very poor practise You should always pay on checkout AFTER you have enjoyed the stay
