Great location very clean room

No issues during my stay

Early check in not a problem didn t even have to ask Nice and cool air conditioned reception lobby Bathroom nice and roomy Breakfast very nice

The double bed is too small for 2 person

Very good breakfast the drop scones in particular were excellent Location is fantastic for the theatres Covent Garden Leicester Square etc

Room was very small although it was very clean

I loved my stay at The Little Palace Hotel I was staying an extra night after my travelling companions headed in different directions It was easy to find the staff were super courteous and the decor was a little edgy up to date and very clean My room as I suspect they all are was small but completely adequate internally The designers have done a great job prioritising what matters comfy bed good quality shower just enough bench space for toiletries a small amount of storage plenty enough for a few nights worth of clothes and not including what doesn t little toiletries of low quality that I never use anyway I also had a balcony room that had an AMAZING view over the roof tops of Paris including being able to see the top of the Eiffel Tower I have been to Paris quite a number of times before and this experience still blew me away I loved it The location was great for exploring Le Marais and around too Very central really I wish I had been staying for more than a night and would definitely stay here again Thanks

Booking requests ignored and long waiting lines for check in and breakfast

Breakfast was good with plenty of choice The location is good and walking distance to Coventry Garden and tube stations

A bit of renovation was needed overall

There was nothing to like other than the location We previously stayed at an adjacent hotel so we knew the area well

1 I requested a ground floor or first floor room due to mobility problems When we arrived we were told our room was on the third floor There is no lift We were then offered a room in the basement which was small the bed was small the wardrobe was small the bathroom was in a closet 2 The following morning we went for breakfast at approx 9 15am We were told without apology that breakfast finished at 9 00am It was not possible to get coffee juice toast we were told to make coffee in our room 3 My husband fell out of the bed during the night He is used to a normal sized double bed 4 Staff did not care This was supposed to be a 4 star hotel and I would rate it as a 2 star We will certainly not stay there again

The girl on the desk was training but was efficient and happy

How this hotel has the nerve to charge what it charges is beyond me Perhaps the location is enough to con people into thinking it is lixury but believe me it is not Our room was an internal room looking onwards towards a structure of scaffold and rubbish Anybody could have climbed in through the window as ithat area is obviously accessible otherwise the scaffold or whatever it was wouldn t be there The room felt like a student halls room dark enclosed tires shabby and uncomfortable and had definitely seen better days It certainly seems that if you book with booking com you are punished by being given the worst possible rooms because I certainly hope this was a one off does hole room I would not recommend this hotel Pay a bit more and shop around
