Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours or on bank holidays should visit the duty manager at Lancaster London for check-in assistance, located at Lancaster Terrace, London, W2 2TY. An automated e-mail will be sent to guests one day prior to the day of arrival, providing a unique pin code allowing them to enter the apartments. Upon arriving, guests need to press the buzzer to enter the building. On the left hand side is a safe box where guests can enter the unique pin code. The box will then open and the key to the apartment will be lit in green. On the touch screen, press the green lit key sign and then pull the key from the box.
