As per our deposit policy - we have charged the first nights stay to hold your room reservation. We offer a full refund (less a $20 cancellation fee) if the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is within 7 days of arrival it is non-refundable. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
