Set on the Paynesville canals on the Gippsland Lakes, Captains Cove Waterfront Apartments offers an indoor heated pool, a tennis court, basketball ring, private jetties and water activities. It is just 5 minutes walk from to the Raymond Island ferry and the Esplanade, where you will find waterfront restaurants, wine bar, cafes and walking tracks.

While all apartments are 3 bedroom our rates are adjusted depending on how many bedrooms you require. Guests can choose from 1, 2 or 3 bedroom rates which makes it more affordable for couples & smaller groups. Each apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen, BBQ, laundry, split system heating/cooling and a TV in the lounge area and master bedroom. All include a covered car parking space and access to a private boat jetty. Guests can stroll along the boardwalk and the peaceful gardens.

Paynesville is known as the heart of the Gippsland Lakes. The canals offer a non-tida & protected boating haven. Gippsland Lakes activities include boating, sailing, fishing, visiting 90 mile beach, bike riding and water skiing. Guests can hire kayaks, bikes & tennis equipment.

Paynesvilles Captains Cove Waterfront Apartments is just a 500 metre walk to the Esplanade & the Raymond Island Ferry. Raymond Island offers a natural paradise to explore where you will see koalas & kangaroos in their natural habitat & beautiful wildlife. Bairnsdale Golf and Bowls Club is 6 minutes drive away as is the Mitchell River Silt Jetties. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note when booking for 2 guests, you will have access to one bedroom only. When booking for 3-4 guests, you will have access to the second bedroom, when booking for 5-6 guests you will have access to the third bedroom. If booking for 2 guests and requiring access to the second bedroom, please book for 3 or 4 guests. When booking 3-4 guests and requiring access to the third bedroom, please book for 5-6 guests.
