Kasees Apartments & Mountain Lodge

Kasees Apartments & Mountain Lodge is located in the heart of Thredbo Village, inside Kosciuszko National Park. It offers apartments with panoramic views of Mount Crackenback and the surrounding valley. Guests enjoy a shared lounge with a log fire, a lovely garden with barbecue facilities, and a Finnish sauna.

All apartments are heated and feature a kitchenette with an electric stove, microwave and refrigerator. Including bed linen and towels, each unit comes with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, DVD player and free WiFi.

The property is just 5 minutes walk from the central pedestrian area, packed with restaurants and shops. There, you can find the ticket office and ski-and-bike rental facilities, right by the Kosciuszko Express chairlift. In winter, the public shuttle stops in front of Kasees Apartments & Mountain Lodge. Please inform Kasees Apartments & Mountain Lodge in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that Kasees Apartments & Mountain Lodge is a seasonal hotel and is closed early May until early June and from early October to just prior Christmas.

Please note that the entry fee for Kosciuszko National Park still applies to guests staying in Thredbo.

During the winter season, there is a free village shuttle bus which stops near the apartments and transfers guests to the ski slope.

Please note that all children are charged an adult rate. There are no special children rates available.

Due to the design and history of Kasees Lodge, it does not offer indoor or undercover secured storage for any type of bicycle. Kasees has a limited number of fixed bike racks installed for guests at the back of the lodge (outside) on the drivewayl guests are required to bring their own chains & locks. Alternatively, guests can choose to keep their bikes locked on or in their vehicles.
