Beautiful beds and very generous pillows the shower was excellent and I loved the gorgeous toiletries provided divine Glad to have our own fridge and room temperature control too The minimal room furniture one long shelf space made storing and accessing our luggage very easy

We would have loved access to a kettle cups and saucers in not available as standard then available on request

Nice city hotel next to Lodi metro station Substantial breakfast buffet at low price Nice neighborhood with many restaurants and bars in walking distance

Public transport from Malpensa airport makes it a rather lengthy trip with two changes train and metro

The staff was very friendly made us feel taken care of

very friendly helpful and competent staff

There are no rooms with 3 beds available would be good for small families with a little child

Bed and bathroom are good Location is perfect Environment is very good

1 No free water in the room for the second day and the day after Free for just the first day but we pay full amount everyday we stay which is not fair 2 No kettle in the room It is not convenient enough We must go to first floor and ask for hot water and bring back to our room by ourselves

We had to wait for breakfast extending breakfast until 11am would be nice especially during the weekend
