Since the property is located inside the natural reserve guests dont have to pay the entrance fee every day, but just once. Please note that access to the park is until 3:00 p.m. If guests wish to arrive after these hours, they must notify the property in order to purchase their tickets. Guests can exit and enter the park for 3 days with one ticket when staying at the hotel.

Children under 6 years old and adults over the age of 65 dont pay.

The quality of the WiFi signal depends on an external provider and varies depending on climatic conditions.

Please note that the property have satellite internet but the signal inside the Tayrona park is unstable since we are inside the jungle
