The staff is extremely unhelpful From Director downwards They refuse to help in any form God forbid you need anything from them I have never seen this level of unprofessionalism in my entire life BEWARE

The Hotel was modern and the rooms had everything you would need including drink making facilities free safe free wifi and fridge The roof top pool was great The hotel is within walking distance of the main train station
It was a long walk into Barcelona The view from my daughter s room was of 2 walls no natural light at all

No Breakfast included Smoking allowed in the rooms even though they say it isn t My room was really smoky especially when I turned on the A C my neighbors were smoking They couldn t do anything about it Room was very small twin sized bed Shower was made strange water fell all over the floor

The spa treatments and the restaurant were very expensive
