You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. There is a late fee for arrivals after 10 PM. If advance notice is provided, alternate arrangements like a lock box can be set up for guests for a CAD $10 fee. If no notice is provided and the office is closed, an administration fee of CAD $30 will be charged to reopen the office and check in the guest. All fees are subject to applicable taxes.
