This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Hot tub/jacuzzi is closed from Sun 31 Oct 2021 until Thu 31 Mar 2022 A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that from 1 November to 31 March the access to the spa costs EUR 70 per day.

Please note that daily cleaning is not provided but can be arranged at an extra charge.

Please note that heating is not included and will be charged extra according to usage at an extra cost of EUR 1 per cubic metre.
