All apartments have kitchen facilities which include cooking utensils and cutlery. The hotel also has a communal kitchen. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of NZD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guests name on the booking confirmation.

Please note that this property does not accept payments with American Express credit cards.

Please note check-in during the Winter season is from 14:00 - 20:00. This applies from 1st May - 31st September. For the Summer season, check-in is from 14:00 - 21:00, and this applies from 1st October - 30th April.

Please note that this hotel has a strict No Party Policy. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.

Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

Please note, all beds have bottom sheet, pillow and pillow case supplied. Cover sheet, duvet and towels can be supplied at an additional charge.
