Nestled in the Southern Grampians National Park at the foot of Mount Abrupt, near the township of Dunkeld, are our four uniquely designed treehouses welcoming guests year-round.

A modern, ecologically sustainable retreat, encouraging guests to play, explore, and rest. Aquila is peacefully positioned enabling a deeper connection to oneself and the surrounding native environment.

With an award-winning design, the four treehouses feature red gum floors, scenic patios, fully equipped kitchens, BBQ facilities, wood fireplaces, and evaporative cooling, large windows to admire the surrounding national park and animals, and an open-plan living space.

Each treehouse has a varying layout to accommodate a range of guest configurations, allowing the space to be flexible and transformative.

Accredited by Eco Tourism Australia, Aquila is operated in line with the principles of sustainable living, with minimal impact on the environment. Please inform Aquila Eco Lodges in advance of your expected arrival time. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of AUD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card.
