The water wasn t hot enough for a shower

I just love that exclusive fragrance all over hotel and in the rooms Generally speaking the hotel is indeed real 5 star hotel

I have stayed at this hotel several times as the location is so convenient as you are so close to the Duomo and tube stations The check in is quick and the staff is friendly The fitness center is also opened 24 hrs and relatively speaking the hotel offers decent Valle when compared to other hotels in the area

The TV and cable set up recently changed and did not work very well The wifi was not as effective as it once was as if found it much slower this time around as compared to the past The fitness center needs to be better maintained as most of the equipment was not working properly Would also be nice if the hotel had more international TV stations

Clean calm really nice hotel Definitely would go back

The bedroom was not vacuum cleaned during our 9 night stay

Service was 10 10 Room was Beautiful All the little extras make this hotel go the extra mile free transport in the Maserati was an added bonus too don t think about booking this hotel just book it would stay here any day with pleasure
