Friendly helpful staff having booked very last minute after deciding to stay in London when the pub shut

Quiet location beautifully stylish hotel very pleasant and helpful staff amazingly fast and efficient lifts elevators and the bar was serving brilliant drinks so efficiently and the breakfast was the best I have had compared with hotels in Rome Berlin Madrid Barcelona and Amsterdam It was way up there

Just one thing the heating system in the room was a little bit noisy so we turned it off for the night but the bed was very comfortable the duvet was warm so really it was not a problem for us I ran a bath in the morning and the water supply was brilliantly well pumped so I soon had a full hot bath to enjoy Very decadent

Always a nice feeling coming back into the room and getting a smile on your face the extra level of detail in the room was great loved the record player and found several old LPs from the past that will always remind us of our stay at Sir Adam

The Air cond was a tad on the noisey side

I did not like that I used my credit card to reserve the booking but payed with a different card when I checked out only to find that I was charged twice to my card the value of 700 as a reservation deposit which I am still fighting to get refunded as you are holding on to these funds I will never stay here again

Breakfast was not very good very good

Love the breakfast and the services are really good Very nice location

The rooms are small But it feels well staying in a highly compact space

We required a room with 2 beds that was given away after we checked in We left our bags at the desk as our room was not ready yet and by the time we returned from sightseeing the room was no longer available We paid a handsome fee for one of us to sleep on a cot No compensation was offered after its request due to the booking being placed from a third party site Needless to say policy trumped service The experience of Amsterdam is always very special The room experience was needless to say unpleasant
