Staff were amazing my room flooded from above and they upgraded and changed my room immediately and gave me free breakfast and bottle of wine
Terrace bar was closed the gym isn t a gym It s a small cupboard room with a cycle machine and the breakfast was below par

It has good locations Not very far from Passeig de Gracias and the other main streets The front desks personnel were welcoming and cordial The lanky blond guy i don t know his name was charming and very helpful I will highly recommend this place
