Room rather small for 3

The location is great in one of the best parts of London Kensington The hotel is on a quiet side street but really close to High Street Kensington and Kensington Gardens The room was small but comfortable and the continental breakfast was decent Plus all the staff were very friendly

Towels were changed every day whether you wanted to or not no choice to save water and energy like most other hotels have The elevator is small and the stairs are steep this is part of the building s charm though In another city the price would be expensive for what is offered but this being London it was acceptable

Bathroom was too small

Warm clean room plenty of towels tea making items toiletries excellent location

Expensive car park at rear of hotel

excellent location reasonable price for this location very nice bar excellent service

the room was cramped dark and overlooking the bins the bed was awful and neither of us slept However the staff were very quick to sort the problem and were very helpful in this matter

Location was excellent Staff was very friendly Clean room room service was fabulous Bed was very comfortable

Size of the room was a bit small however we booked a small room with Queen bed Room had everything we needed and modern design was excellent And most of all bed was very comfortable which cancelled the negative room size

Excellent verry helpful will stay there again Best breakfast this year and I have stayed in quite a few nice hotels this year

Only fault window loovers had duck tape on them to seal Looked poor

Lack of varieties at breakfast Seat shortages in the lobby Inefficient a c control Crowded at breakfast time

Very handy to catch tube to central London as it is nearby

Disappointed with WIFI as it only on reception area not bedroom
