Nice hotel lovely decor

Booked and paid for an upgraded room but was given a normal room We were on the 6th floor and the lift was very slow

excellent in terms of d cor and being different good bathroom

Many choices at breakfast

Was all good

Location cleanliness and overall comfort Special mention about Peter He is a big asset to the hotel Amazing person

All day dining staff was not cordial Found the hotel little pricey for its value propositions

The staff was very friendly and helpful We really appreciate Christina s service and warm personality The rooms were cosy and the bed was VERY comfortable a big concern when traveling we enjoyed the view of the garden and the proximity to the tube The restaurant inside the hotel was very nice as well We loved that we could have a lovely walk to High Street Kensington where there were restaurants we liked including Whole Foods

Room was very comfortable food was good drinks were amazing The folks at the bar made us incredible sangria and tapas Staff were friendly an helpful Lots of nice freebies in the room like a Nespresso machine and pods biscuits juice tea and chocolates

Really tiny detail there were 2 of us in the room and the cleaning staff only gave us 1 regular Nespresso pod and one decaf Maybe make sure to leave 2 of each for rooms of 2 people Really not the biggest deal but something to think about

The room was very comfy perhaps the toilet could benefit from more shelves The shower doors did not work quite alright

You know I loved this hotel

Lift was broken to 3rd floor terrible breakfast arrangement Voucher system was referred to but no evidence of it Surly waitresses understaffed overwhelmed by the mix of hotel guests and people in off the street
