A security deposit of 250 EUR is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable within 7 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

During high season and Belgian school holidays, a prepayment deposit of 50% via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions. Timely payment of the deposit is required in order to keep your booking active.

Upon check-in, a valid ID card of the person who booked is required (minimum age: 18).

Residence Piazza doesnt have any baby cot. Guests may bring their own, please read the policies, 1 cot is allowed per apartment.
