The village provides access to the lake beach via the neighbouring Conca DOro Camping site, via a 1.5 km path. At the camping, guests can enjoy entertainment services for free.

The Il Borgo delle Arti features an on-site restaurant. The bar by the pool provides a relaxing area with parasols and chairs.

With free private parking, the village is 2.5 km from Verbania-Pallanza Railway Station. Verbania centre is 7 km away. The Val Grande National Park is a 20-minute drive away. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests are kindly requested to clean the bungalow before check-out. A fee of EUR 25 will be charged if the bungalow is not cleaned properly.
