Location was excellent close but not in the middle of the touristy area there was a lot to see close by that were not the big attractions a walkable neighborhood Staff at hotel were helpful Rooms were fine and yes the bathrooms were clean But I think it s more of a 3 star than 4 star hotel though

This is minor and was taken care of it was hot and the air conditioning did not work in our rooms They did provide fans when we asked which made it okay but the first night was stuffy

We arrived at almost 14 00 and our room wasn t ready So we were told we were to be upgraded to a luxury room The room was a shoe box with sloping walls making it smaller with absolutely no view a brick wall and large air con units right outside the window 2m away This shouldn t have been a hotel room at all but a store room The noise from these units is like the drone of an aircraft and we both had terrible nights sleep The photos are not tricks this was our view Have a look at the luxury rooms on the website something is not quite right After we complained were given money off the bill however we felt completely let down by staff trying to tell us rooms are only categorised by their sqft not by their features i e brick wall view The photograph of our room was used as a description for a superior room So much for luxury We ve stayed at the sister hotel The Soho Hotel far better with large standard rooms Check out is at 11am on Sundays boo We won t be going back

This was a very good location and a nice hotel Would stay again if we come back to Amsterdam

Rooms were adaquate for our one night stay and beds were comfortable I would stay here again

I didn t like the fact that you had to pay to park if you are staying in the hotel it should be free of all the hotels I ve stayed in I ve never had to pay for parking

The room was nice Reception staff were very helpful

Bell boy had a bad attitude towards adjusting bikes Double bed was two beds pushed together

breakfast was great overall location is excellent staff are very kind and the place is really nice as well

Reception Staff were friendly Wifi worked well throughout and view of London from 5th floor is pretty awesome Room was clean and AC worked

Breakfast room staff spent a lot of time talking and joking between themselves not really serving customers
