For meals, enjoy Thai and European dishes served at the on-site restaurant. Please inform Venus Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The hotel requires prepayment via Paypal. Guests will receive a direct email from the hotel within 24 hours of booking with the Paypal link. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 24 hours once email is received.
