Chetumal Airport is 35 minutes drive from Magic Bacalar. You can also drive to Tulum National Park and the Sian-Kaan Biosphere Reserve in approximately 2 hours.

You can take an ADO bus from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum or Chetumal to the Bacalar transport terminal, just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute taxi ride from the property. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of MXN 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that 50% of total amount of the reservation must be paid in advance. Once a booking has been made, the hotel will contact the guest directly to arrange payment by bank transfer or Paypal.
