It was a bit noisy outside Breakfast could have been better

Concierge trying to sell us boat cruise tickets and getting annoyed when we wouldn t

Friendly staff Free afternoon teas

Bathroom was a little compact

Very friendly staff On site parking

No room service or restaurant is working during the weekend

The location is excellent the hotel can be easily reached by mass transport The style of the building and the room was attractive for us The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful

Just a small things the lift was yet enough for both of us and a suitcase

Staff were helpful Breakfast was good and convenient but not included in our rate

Needed a fitness center Also our rate did not include breakfast

Two sinks Fine linens Luxurious shower Checked in early for no fee

Amazing location next to two major metro lines so you arrive anywhere in Vienna within 10 15 minutes the breakfast is the best breakfast I ve ever had at a hotel The rooms are kept tidy and the staff is very nice and helpful

This is not necessarily the hotel s fault but I found it interesting The check in name was under my wife so initially they didn t want to let me in I bought the tickets from Booking and added her after I had bought them under my name so I m not sure why she was then placed as the main recipient

Do no enter in that kitchen Disgusting food Just everything left on the plate even water If you expect 1 star hotel you are in the right place Room looks clean but not really confident I would kindly recommend not to come to this hotel

Arrived at the hotel after a very long plane flight over 20 hours to find that all they had was a single room available and would not let my husband stay even if I agreed to pay more money This was fashion week so there were no hotels available We were not aware of the rules in Italy not allowing for guest to stay in single rooms The hotel desk person was very rude and said there was nothing he could do and walked away The worst part was they would not refund my payment so I had to pay for 2 nights and couldn t stay at the hotel Spent another 2 hours searching for a room and had to go 30 minutes outside of town to find one
