Location is good beside bus and train servives decent breakfast

WiFi didn t work two single beds instead of double

the temperature in the room was low

I lost my passport and the reception desk staff was amazingly helpful

Food and staff in restaurant where we had dinner were very unhelpful especially when we had questions regarding special dietary needs The rest of the staff at hotel was very good

The staff were preoccupied Talking to each other and sometimes ignoring guests It was a little impersonal
