Staff is very kind Willman was really cute Always triying to please Bed comfortable peaceful room Good pastries in breakfast

tap in the bathroom was leaking water during my stay although they tried to fix it once but it kept leaking water the day after

The staff was really nice and you could easily ask for a taxi 24 7 The locaition is good as you can get to Duomo in a 5 10 mins

I didn t liked the fact that iron room was on the first floor and you had to get there with all the clothes Especially if you were leaving on the 7th floor We had some problems with opening the doors to our rooms as the cards were just unexpectedly blocked

We came to Paris to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary The hotel managent very kindly upgraded our room to mark the occasion This was a very nice gesture and made an excellent start to our break

We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant on the last day of our stay The food was fine but we felt that the restaurant lacked a little atmosphere

The rooms were spacious and well maintained The bathrooms were amazing

The location was excellent The hotel was clean and the bed was fantastic We also had a coffee maker in the room with biscuits and chocolate snacks Nice touch

The room was a four step walk up which was difficult for us being elderly The so called shower was a high tub which we found out later was not a shower but just a tub We could not get in it because it was so high We were told that if we had said something we could have had the room next door which had not step and a real shower The breakfast was not worth the money We found a place to eat around the corner that was better
