Hotel Grace

Location great halfway between Liverpool Street Station and London Bridge underground Staff very friendly and helpful Wi fi access no problem Intend coming back and staying again on future trips

Location was good Not too far from underground and busses Check in ok but it is nicer to see a welcoming face

the room was not really very clean still breadcrums on the floor Noisy surroundings in corridor and next door s room

Constant supply of coffee in the lounge and access to drinking water on every floor Great location very relaxed atmosphere Lovely hot shower

Could have done with 2 pillows but not a great issue

Good location in the city Nice restaurant on site

Bathroom tatty in need of modernisation Bed was very uncomfortable Impersonal self check in that I would not associate with a 4 star rating

This is a lovely hotel with great facilities We did have a problem with the heating and our bed broke very early in the morning but staff were vert helpful and accommodating

Unfortunately many of the restaurants and bars in this area are only open Monday to Friday

The bed was comfy the location was superb and the room was quiet

Some rubbish had been left in the corner of the room And the purple carpet with green carpeted skirting boards in our room wasn t pleasing on the eye
