Hotel Les

The staff was very friendly responsive and provided a helpful concierge service The hotel was well decorated we enjoyed the champagne theme and very clean The location was excellent with close proximity to metro transit restaurants and tourist sites

Our room seemed to have some electrical problems likely due to all of the fun decorations features that they added to the room For example the multitude of light switches for the bathroom seemed to have a different function each time they were used sometimes the lights would not even come on the jets for the bath tub did not work and the switch to raise and lower the television from the footboard of the bed did not work properly it would raise but not lower However this is not that different than one would expect from driving a French made car

The location and modern new facility Breakfast was also good

The room is quite small

Great value for money the hotel even provided a free phone with Internet for our use Great boutique theatre theme in the bedrooms

The breakfast could have had either more variety or should have been cheaper so it was worth 15 euros

Excellent small hotel Clean and comfortable two minutes walk from Metro Maybe rooms small for some people but typical of Paris and very attractive Good staff and service Will use again when I am next in Paris Many restaurants and bars close by And easy walk to Notre Dame and the Louvre

Breakfast a little expensive Many places have good breakfast for 8 Euros if you take a 5minute walk

The location is excellent The proximity to RER platforms is fabulous Eateries all around Notre Dame across the road

Lack of info on the relevant exit from RER Rue Xavier Relais If one does not take this exit one walks around unnecessarily

Great location Very central Clean silent nice bed for 1 but small if you are 2 persons

Elevator slow but this is only small detail Alarm went on as somebody was probably smoking in the room 5 min alarm in the whole hotel in the morning Little bit strange

Design and style Room functionality and natural light

Housekeeping carts always in hall Minimal common space

Super location and staff Great bar and super tasty bar snacks

Room service let us down I am sorry to say burger ordered asked for well done arrived still mooing sent back 2nd attempt same burger still raw with cold fries Taken off bill kindly

Very friendly helpful staff Fabulous location Restored wooden beams in ceiling are beautiful
