All villas are air-conditioned in the living area and master bedroom, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Each villa includes a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor dining setting. Each has been individually furnished and styled, and features a spacious living area offering a sofa, flat-screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player.

Le Court Villas are a few minutes drive from Noosa National Park and several Sunshine Coast beaches. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Le Court Villas in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
