Location and staff were very good Breakfasts outstanding

TV didn t work properly Safe didn t work No filtered water in the room Staff were very apologetic and even gave me a discount Need to check the room properly before new guests arrive

Location was actually the only positive aspect of this hotel although the subway pink line is not the best one because you always need to make a connection but if you are on holidays and have time on your hand you can walk downtown It takes about 30 minutes to 1 hour

This hotel was a disappointment it makes me doubt about the entire star system not sure if it is really worth believing in it There s a lack of some basic services here there was no coffee machine or anything to warm up water to make a tea inside the room The TV was tiny and the remote control was not working properly Also the room needs a refurbishing It looked a bit 1960s But the worst part of the entire experience was the internet It s really slow and it doesn t work in all the rooms to make my flight check in I had to be in the floor hall close to the elevator as it didn t work inside my room nor in the hotel lobby when I tried there I would recommend booking another hotel

Friendly and helpful staff design facility location The soap and shower gel are way much better than other hotels serving their brand of shampoo The shower facility is very comfortable The spa is small but functional Tranquil The pool is comfortable if less than three people using it Nice design and coloring The jacuzzi has three type of jet Even it s a home grade plastic pool it s extremely comfortable than many marble pool with steel bench The water may not be as clean as commercial grade jacuzzi

One of the pillow stint Though the bed pillow and blanket are extremely comfortable The modern design is excellent but the material is too cheap to last and show ages The restaurant serve ok food but not to grommet level Better go marches in the main shopping street or four season for food Local small shop euro 1 4 coffee will do The breakfast tea was served in a large kitchen style steel pot very cheap The tea is way not as good as it s London hotel Though the free ice fruit tea in lobby and Asian tea in spa are very good This shows the restaurant do not match the quality of its lounge and spa The porter is too lazy to take two trip for large number of luggages and they don t use cart This is semi exceptable but do not match the level of hotel is supposed to be Of course I am comparing with top level hotels Even for average 5 star this is an excellent hotel I am just grading this with the real top hotel

Old rooms I had sup rior one but was small With No view So dark and disty from old carpet

We asked for Italian Ricotta cheese and the kindly provide Ricottina for breakfast

Outdated decor

The staff were tremendously helpful and courteous They sent us down High St in the hotel Maserati and we were so glad saved on taxi
