Grand Hotel

What a beautiful little hotel We stayed in a Superior Room which was whilst a little small very well appointed and tastefully decorated much like the rest of the hotel As a Booking com genius member breakfast was included in the room price and was served in a lovely converted wine cellar downstairs All the staff were very helpful and friendly however I must mention one in particular Clotilde who was extremely helpful and more than willing to go above and beyond Very highly recommended

Be aware there is no kettle in the room but there is tea served on the ground floor every afternoon

Fantastic building easy walk from train station and easy walk to all spots in city centre Lovely helpful reception staff Good breakfast excellent choices Loved the old lifts ps there are new ones too

Staff were all very pleasant especially Beatrice on reception and James in the bar

Check in and out had lengthy queues bar only opens in the evenings and the cafe opens late morning A few issues with key cards opening the room and high price for extra bed put in the room

The dining room was spectacular and the breakfasts excellent They were so good we could go out for the day and not need lunch

Location is perfect for shopping in Corso Buenos Aires rooms are spacious well fitted breakfast is excellent catering for all tastes and staff are helpful obliging

No dislikes very good hotel and that is why we stay here every year

Beds definitely need to be replaced Quite bouncy and uncomfortable Breakfast buffet at 34euros was not good
