Most rooms at Motel Tallow Beach feature a queen-size bed, ceiling fans, TV, bar fridge and microwave. Some studio rooms also have a kitchenette and air-conditioning. The small basic budget rooms have their own courtyard and ceiling fan only. New wifi (Starlink) recently installed fast and reliable reception in all rooms.

Palm trees and sun loungers surround the outdoor magnesium pool. Guests can also relax in a quiet corner of the lush gardens.

Tallow Beach Motel is 5 minutes walk from the local pub, cafe and shops and is 5 km from the cafs and restaurants of central Byron Bay. There is a local bus service to and from the town centre which stops in front of the motel. Local activities include surfing and fishing at Broken Head Nature Reserve, only a 10-minute walk away. E-bike rental, drop off and pick up from outside your door, a great way to get around town and explore the stunning beaches of the Byronshire.
