Hotel Milano

Good location quite near central station 15 min walk 1 metro stop Breakfast buffet selection was fantastic Room was clean Breakfast and check out staff very pleasant

We booked a junior suite for our first night of honeymoon and informed the hotel when booking in January We felt the room we were given was Not a junior suite and when we went to reception to ask about it the man was quite rude and Promised us this is one of their best rooms There are two styles of room as we can now see from photos so do not expect the modern grey style as you may receive the other more traditional red style No photos of the room we had are on booking com I would honestly definitely not book a standard room if what we had was considered a suite A small room two twin beds pushed together Very standard bathroom However after leaving the hotel and looking at more photos from other travellers I still feel we did not stay in a suite Nowhere to sit other than one desk chair Single sink and small shower bath Felt no luxury in any way Do not book this hotel for a special occasion i e honeymoon birthday anniversary as they do not care you are simply another guest A real shame as we were very excited about this stay Will not be returning and will definitely not recommend

Staff may need to be friendlier Just a little too stiff for the wrong reasons

Location was good Hotel was clean

The elegant decoration High standard in bed linens towels etc Computers at guests disposition

Tiny Reception tiny suite My suite view was the roof of an empty building very slow internet my 3g network was three times better Breakfast has only fruits bread and cereals the rest you have to order and pay from the menu The lightning is too dim everywhere in the hotel and the rooms My friend wasn t allowed in cause she didn t have her id when she came back the next day with her id nobody bothered to ask for it No atm machine in or next to the hotel They wont exchange middle east money and they ll only exchange usd or pounds but the stupid thing about it their only other hotel is in Dubai They have a Huge jeccuzi but not a swimming pool I had a massage in their spa the therapist was friendly but clearly wasn t trained for a five star facility service I could of paid less for something better

Amazing staff nice location

Overpriced hotel I really hated the fact that neighbour s phone woke me up at 7 AM Terible soundproof We could hear everyrhing they were doing in the room next door Bed to small Bath too small Spa too small I really think that anyone should have possibility to lay down in spa So small even if alone inside Only 6 beds in resting area For the most expensive hotel in Milano I expected much more Outdated hotel even it doesn t seem that way on photos

Close to the main station in Milan very handy when arriving late into Milano Centrale station Extensive Sky TV package Good quality food in restaurant

Atmosphere environment and limited range of options in hotel restaurant restaurant prices were not extortionate given quality of food cooking but did feel a touch too expensive given negatives Rooftop bar was not open during my stay

Rooms were immaculate and cleaned on a daily basis Helpful staff Breakfast was good

Evening menu was good but not extensive Not much choice if you want a veggie option or if you have a fish allergy
