staff attitude was excellent Room was very lovely hotel was literally a 2 minute walk from DLR and tube
Price of breakfast and slowness of service at dinner when the restaurant was quiet
Everything was perfect Just what me and my mother was looking for It was so close to everything was easy to get around
The staff were so polite and welcoming The free mobile to use with Internet throughout the stay was an added plus although we didn t take it out of the room
It would have been better to have a bath in the room
We stayed for one night and we can t fault it Staff very friendly and helpful hotel clean and the room was excellent I will defiantly be recommending this hotel and we will be staying here again

nice hotel comfortable amazing location
smallish room and smallish bed Concierge desk right in front of entrance so you think that were you check in but its not
Room was clean and comfortable
The English breakfast was disappointing in that it was undercooked to the point that we both sent it back To be fair we weren t charged for it but as we were only there for one night and we both really enjoy our food and look forward to a cooked breakfast when away it was a disappointing finale to the trip
