Stylish and very comfortable hotel Good breakfast selection Nice bar

Bit pricey Price doubled because of Xmas period

We had booked a double room and when we arrived at checkin we got upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment The room included a full kitchen with all the facilities you would expect in a modern kitchen In this part of the room there was a large living space with a three seater sofa and a few chairs There was a flat screen TV and a DVD player this would be useful if a family was staying with young children We had a corner room on the 10th floor with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the night lights of London and Canary Wharf stunning views Off the main room there was a bedroom and a separate bathroom with all the facilities The bedroom also feature floor to ceiling window again giving great views over London As a Marriott member we had steady check out and within an hour I had conformation of the cost of the room straight to my phone This was a good service

The free internet was fairly fast kept dropping off and we were not in the room long enough to justify paying the extra cost to have a faster service This was a bit disappointing

Considering the location and proximity to road rail links extremely comfortable and quiet room Although very busy at breakfast time seated and served very efficiently

Appeared to be alot of younger staff members who were perhaps not as confident as they could have been when interacting with guests

The rooms are very clean and nice The staff is very kind and helpful Breakfast is also very good Everything was perfect

The DLR track ran right outside the window room was only cleaned once every 3 days

Fantastic hotel but very expensive bar and breakfast obviously designed for business customers where value for money is less of issue Fantastic facilities and service
