They truly thought of everything you might need A lovely place with an amazing history go see the library there Also the comfiest hotel bed I ve ever slept on

Genuinely friendly and helpful staff Brilliant breakfast buffet Location easy access to city centre UBahn plenty of bars and restaurants nearby

Everything was perfect Location room staff super helpful and nice

Hotel was excellent and only 20 mins by tram into the centre of Amsterdam The tram stop is only a couple of minutes walk around the corner and very easy to follow the tram route

I felt the room was very basic for the price however the room was nice and large

We stayed here over Christmas and the hotel was decorated nicely and the restaurant food was great The hotel is in a great location very close to Brittish Museum We had a nice spacious room that was modern clean and comfortable Nespresso machines safe and bar fridge were included are in the room The Staff helped with bookings and directions which was helpful

The only search parameter I used to find a hotel in Amsterdam was Free WiFi It did not work at the hotel at all So out I go to buy an ethernet adapter to connect to the ethernet outlet in my room Which did not work The hotel all in all is ok but it s year 2017 the WiFi has to work

Amazing Location beautifull hotel

London is an expensive city and the room was nice but expensive for what we had But it was roomy and very comfortable

Of the seven hotels in England I stayed at this was the only one with air conditioning Glad I wasn t going in early August Everything else was quite adequate since I was not expecting luxury accommodations

The staff were exceptional from the reception through to the bar staff all made our stay a special one Location was fantastic ideal for restaurants bars the sites and shopping

If I had to pinpoint one very minor fault it would be that when the rooms were cleaned they didn t replace the complementary teas coffees but the positives certainly out weighed this minor fault
