Staff and hotel excellent

Slightly remote

In the morning i could hear someone next door throwing up It was horrible Definitely not soundproof Breakfast staff very polite Very nice hotel but a bit far from the center But very nice area

Good breakfast super staff clean and cozy Close to city central

Very very very loud people no sound isolation at all Its like people are talking in your room Even though it was banned i was annoyed by the smell of WEED And elevator broke down 3 times

Very clean hotel All the staff were very helpful Loved the fact the bus stop was right outside and came every 10 minutes

As a couple we wanted a double bed It has a double bed frame with two single mattresses on top and two single duvets which wasnt too nice

internet was a bit slow air conditioning was not set well

Right next to the bus stop to take us to the centre and very accommodating of 22 of us

Everything was excellent 10 10

We had a problem on arrival and the receptionist sorted it out very quickly and efficiently Afternoon and evening food i e small buffet is available free of charge and tea or coffee which is a very nice thing for the Hotel to do and was very much appreciated Staff at the hotel were all very polite friendly and efficient We would definitely return to the hotel again

Great location only a few minutes from the metro and right in the heart of the Navigli district with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from great breakfast very comfortable beds

Room quite hot and you can t control own room temperature have to ask reception to turn it down which they did
