The restaurant was not a highlight contrary to our expectations Equally the spa facilities services are minimal

We had a truly incredible and unforgettable stay in Paris at the Best Western Diamond Opera Hotel We were upgraded to the Diamond Suite the best room in the hotel at no extra cost which offered spectacular balcony views of the city spa facilities nespresso machine and a very large spacious room Contemporary sleek and luxurious interiors throughout and together with exceptional customer service helpful and polite staff made our stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible Outstanding attention to detail and final touches from the high tech touch screen climate control sauna spa lighting and music settings Japanese heated toilet to the delicious complementary macaroons Absolutely perfect location easily within walking distance to the top sites in Paris A stunning 5 holiday in pure luxury The best hotel we have ever stayed in will be highly recommending it

Room was absolutely stunning Big bath and shower heated toilet seat flat screen with bose speakers in the room AND bathroom Staff were so polite and helpful really looked after us A really special hotel

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful The room itself was quite spacious and comfortable The area around the hotel is quite busy and lively

This hotel is perfect Depending on your culture it s a big A or a 10 10 or 20 20 I was on the 6th floor Metro and bus very near Also night bus

Location and friendly staff very helpful I am tea drinker the reception were very helpful in arranging tea

All was good no change required

Bed was super comfy and staff were very helpful when we needed it split into a double

Lighting in the halls and rooms wasn t great Could do with better lighting

No comments smocking smell in the Superior room but it s was not superior all rooms waS the same why that charge more I don t know
