Over all a very Good Experience Very Comfortable Stay Fantastic Staff Felt at Home

The staff make this place special

Pleasant communal areas and helpful staff

The bathroom was just too small

All the staff very friendly and helpful Great breakfast good quality bacon and sausages Clean and comfortable

Tried to get room service at 10 45pm on Sunday night no reply to phone calls Don t like my card being charged 30 just in case money not returned to my account for 3 5 days this was not explained fully on arrival

The espresso machine in the room felt spacious and relaxed and minimal noise from the other rooms cleaned daily and to a high standard Great location lovely walk through Hyde park on a morning

The continental breakfast was too pricey and the drinks in the hotel cost nearly 9 for a large red wine

The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable

Some of the areas where a little tatty but there was work being done to improve the Hotel

Stayed in an executive double which equtes to a std Premier Inn for size and quality so the cost did not reflect what we got for our money Work on exterior of hotel meant that we had no views from the window

bed was very comfy

The room was on the compact side The bathroom was tiny
