Room comfortable good facilities and breakfast good

air con faulty no shower door water all over floor elevator out of service terrible noise in wall whenever water was run in room MEWS 6 basement

Extremely courteous helpful staff

Free wifi was unreliable Minor quibble Although the room came with an electric kettle it had to be placed on the floor in order to be plugged in

for a 4 star it was dreadful 2 stars maximum 1st room i was shown into was dirty smelt damp and cramped I asked to be moved the second room was not much better shabby and run down stained carpets broken toilet seat curtains hanging down needed painting wifi was useless staff were friendly but inefficient no soya milk even though i requested well in advance had to wait 2 hours for a small jug of slightly off milk only 1 teabag provided had to ask for more wouldn t stay there again for the price it was very very poor I stay in Victoria and Pimlico a lot and this was the most expensive and worst I have used so far

Very helpful staff Comfy and clean room

Not so quiet room in the early morning hours street side

Location was good staff were friendly and on the whole helpful

No Plug so couldnt use the bath no spare plugs and no idea Very thin walls noise travelled through the walls and ceilings thought that there was people walking through my room most of the time

The staff were really really good very helpful and friendly For a single room it was a good size and very comfortable The location was fabulous

I paid more than other guests from abroad as happened to be waiting by the desk when someone was checking out Not fair is it booking com

Adequate for our stay in London

Small things like towel rails hanging away from wall Bedside lamps very loose Lovely curtains but really dusty

Upgrade to four poster room and friendly helpful staff Fruit in the room was a nice touch

Breakfast is very overpriced so we ate out

Excellent location in nice area Quite good value for money in a pricey area

The bathroom was very small and the zink extremely low The cab driver the hotel called for us tried to rip us off pretending Heathrow Express was cancelled this Sunday Thought this very bad since the company cooperates with Grange Hotels
