With free parking and Wi-Fi available in the main house and guest rooms, this Devon guest house has 9 acres of grounds, with a childrens treehouse, trampoline and a conservatory lounge.

Newmoor Park has been awarded prizes by one of Britains most prestigious travel guides. Each guest room is stylishly furnished, and has its own seating area, a flat-screen TV, radio, alarm clock and ironing facilities. Some rooms have a king-size bed and a balcony, and all have en suite bathrooms, with a bath and/or shower, and complimentary toiletries. The property also offers a Mongolian Yurt tent set in the grounds.

A continental breakfast is offered, including freshly baked croissants, porridge, freshly prepared fruit salad, yoghurt, toast and preserves, tea, coffee and fruit juice.

Newmoor Park lies around 10 miles west of Dartmoor National Park, and is just over 30 minutes drive from Tintagel on the north Cornwall coast. St Austell and the Eden Project are both around 45 minutes drive from this guest house. This property will not accommodate hen, stag, or wedding parties. Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated at this property.

The check-in time is strictly between 16:00 and 22:00.

There is a curfew and doors are closed at midnight, every night of the week.

Only guide dogs are accepted.

Children aged 5 or younger cannot be accommodated.
