Everything This is a great hotel clean friendly fab breakfasts

Nothing there was nothing not to like

Staff at the reception was not very kind on the last day at the checkin everything was awesome

They gave us room 111 and it is not nice room we aske to change the room they said not available Every day I see people check in that mean there is a room but they don t want to chang our room

Location attention and room

We had a junior suite for 2 adults and 2 children room 502 and it was really nice Beautiful and modern and clean Large bathroom and cute little terrace as well The breakfast buffet was small but of good quality especially for the price 18 euros The location is good for many of the upscale shops it s just a street over from that area On the tail end of our trip we stayed at a different hotel right next to the Duomo and I think I probably preferred that location but this hotel is so lovely

Good view and location convenient for Porta Garibaldi station Close to tram stop for direct journey about 8 stops to central area

Booked what I thought was a triple room with an extra bed but got a double with an extra bed maybe an issue with booking com When I queried this with reception they said they d speak to housekeeping but we then had no further contact until I returned to reception 30 minutes later I think they should have contacted me to let me know the outcome of the discussion Staff were unwilling to add a further bed despite there being room for another Youngest child ended up sleeping on couch The Hotel did provide extra duvet

The rooms were not ready until 3 30 pm

Helpful front desk and restaurant staff Excellence value and service We would like to specially praise a staff on supper time 14 Apr in restaurant we re sorry to forget ask the gentleman name
