Art Hotel

The breakfast was very good The water pressure was good and hot water plentiful The beds were comfortable

The room was tiny The shower as tiny It was overpriced

I liked the concept the art pieces and the location

Not satisfied with the overall customer service Reception staff was not too kind nor welcoming The hotel does not provide conditioner and body lotion and I was advised from the staff to go to the nearest supermarket to buy some Also they are not able to guarantee the use of an iron when you need it This is not what you expect from a hotel in this price range and not suitable for people travelling on business

I would like to have seen a british flag with those of other countries hanging outside

Didn t realise the distance from centraal station Atleast 10 15 minutes on a bus And they asked for a 50 euro deposit which it doesn t tell you when booking

Location out of the city 15 minute walk into the centre which we enjoyed each morning It was quiet with lots of space Secure car parking We loved the outdoor swimming pool behind the hotel

Breakfast was very good Staf in the pool restaurant exellent Very important was that there are a bicyle for free

Only one person on the reception and we have to wait a fifthteen minutes On foot is pretty far to the avenida La Rambla

The staff was very helpful and nice throughout our stay

There is nothing I didnt like

All staff is friendly and helpful Easy acess to center

Modern rooms comfortable really good breakfast and only a short bus ride to ciry glad didn t stay in the city far too busy

Bathroom windows let in too much light and the separate toilet didn t have a sink so had to then go to the bathroom to wash hands

Facilities are a little run down and old fashioned They need a modern makeover Staff are helpful friendly and efficient and the breakfasts are great Room is small and the bathroom tiny No place to store toiletries But the position is excellent
